Crocs
Everything observed about crocs.com: 3 ad teardowns. Each is captured first-hand and dated; nothing here is taken from a third party.
Ad teardowns
3 ads paired with the page they clicked to, and rated, in The Handoff.
Three teardowns, and not one of them carries a price. The licensed drop is the purest version: four NINJAGO creatives launched in four days that are the LEGO brick, the wordmark and four green clogs in light trails, with no price, no claim and no product name, all pointing at a single collection hub. The occasion poster is a template, a two word badge over a short lowercase headline with one shoe styled on a themed set, and the pair it names does not lead the category page it lands on. The restock ad sells inventory news alone, a trending now pill over two words, no discount and no countdown, and does land on the right silhouette under a framing that calls it new rather than back. Crocs can afford logo-only media because the assortment behind it is deep. Most advertisers copying the format cannot.

Continuous: the click arrives intact. Partial: it arrives, but the reader has to do work the ad did not warn them about. Break: it does not arrive.

How this is kept
Ad teardowns are added when a new creative is captured and rated against the page it clicks to.
