I work with a deliberately small number of clients. That's intentional. Each engagement gets my full attention, not a team of analysts, not a templated playbook. Every recommendation I make is grounded in having operated in the roles my clients are in now: early Shopify employee, DTC brand co-founder (hundreds of millions in annual revenue), and software founder with a successful exit.
