Where it sits in the set

Every figure below is counted from the 152 popups captured in the same pass, not from a benchmark report.

  • The offer is 40% off. The median percent offer in the set is 15% and the mode is 15%, so this sits above 88% of the 84 percent offers captured.
  • The field is behind a gate: a segmentation question comes first. 76 of 152 popups (50%) gate the field, so this is the majority behaviour at the top of the market, not the exception.
  • Rendered by Alia, the most common vendor in the set, accounting for 56 of the 152 popups.
  • It waits 37.5 seconds. The median timed popup in the set fires at 7.3s, so this one is slower than the middle, and 113 of 114 timed popups appear sooner.
  • On desktop the card covers 14% of the viewport, larger than 12% of the desktop captures.
  • The first field asks for email, as 104 of the 108 popups where a field was visible do.

This brand in The Handoff

Tushy also has an ad and landing page teardown in The Handoff, which is where this brand list came from. The handoff there is rated {'rating': 'Partial', 'note': "The creative is a styled bathroom set, peach vertical tile, cream toilet brush, a potted plant, a creator seated on the toilet with her jeans at her ankles, and the burned caption Delulu over spending $50/month on IBS supplements and still wiping with dry TP. The page holds the voice exactly: The whole bidet catalog, dek From basic butt to fanciest of fannies, we've got your bottom covered, and a running marquee that reads 3 million plus butts love TUSHY. The catalog itself is strong, eleven products from a $25 Travel bidet to the $1,599 Eau, a right bidet for your butt chooser and a full comparison table. What it drops is the audience the ad recruited: nothing on the page mentions IBS, flares or gut issues, and before any of it is visible a full-bleed panel headed You've got $10 Back asks how many bathrooms you are shopping for."}. Read the Tushy teardown.

How this was captured

Headless Chromium, US egress, fresh session, first visit. The page was loaded, scrolled, and on desktop given an exit-intent pass, with up to 32 seconds allowed for a timed popup. Nothing was typed into any form. Where a popup hid its field behind a yes/no or a quiz, a single click was allowed to reveal the next pane and no further, so "first field" means the first field a visitor actually sees. The same capture re-runs the week of Black Friday and this page gains a second column.

Want your own popup, flows and offer read against this baseline before Q4? That is a week of The Read.
