Fourteen of sixteen live statics route to a product page, and the Gloss Bomb Burst pair proves the routing is set at shade level, not product level.
“NEW + LIMITED EDITION / GLOSS BOMB BURST / COLOR-INTENSIFYING LIP LUMINIZER / PINK BLINK”

Handoff: Continuous
Every line of the ad is on the page in the same order. NEW and LIMITED EDITION are rendered as literal badges, GLOSS BOMB BURST COLOR-INTENSIFYING LIP LUMINIZER is the page title word for word, and PINK BLINK is not just stocked but preselected, its swatch ringed and the dropdown reading Pink Blink, hot pink. The magenta tube from the creative is the main product image, here paired with a mint carton the ad never showed. The only difference is locale, the session resolved to Canada | English and the price renders as $35.50 CAD, which is a capture artefact rather than a change of offer, and neither side promises a discount.
The read
Sixteen statics were live on 19 August 2026 out of twenty-seven active ads. Fourteen carry a Shop Now button and every one of those resolves to a single product page, never a collection, with one exception that points at the merch collection. The anchor is one of three Gloss Bomb Burst creatives running since 7 July: a dark NEW + LIMITED EDITION banner sitting over a clear pink tube on streaked glossy magenta, with an italic PINK BLINK label and a hand-drawn arrow pointing at the tube. Its twin swaps the field to a plum-berry swirl, changes the label to IN A JAM and arrows down to a wine-coloured tube. The captions on the two are identical word for word. The only variable is the shade, and the destination moves with it, PINK BLINK to the pink-blink product page and IN A JAM to the in-a-jam page. A third creative in the same block replaces the packshot with a model in a pale pink headscarf holding the plum tube, and it also lands on the in-a-jam page. The same logic repeats across the account: Wattabrat gets its own page, Caviar Crystalz gets its own page, the five-piece Midnight Diamonds bundle gets a bundle page, and the two hoodie creatives split between a merch collection and the set product page. Start dates run 3 April to 31 July, so five launches are stacked in market at once with nothing evergreen underneath them except a Gloss Bomb shade brought back and stickered BESTSELLER.
Why it works
- The shade is the ad and the shade is the URL. Two creatives with byte-identical copy split only on colourway, and each one lands on the page for that exact colourway. Nobody arrives on a shade grid and has to find the tube they just saw.
- Limited edition sets a deadline without printing a date. NEW + LIMITED EDITION appears on Gloss Bomb Burst, Guava Goodiez and Midnight Diamonds, which puts urgency on the SKU rather than on a countdown the brand would have to honour. It also gives the account a reason to refresh creative every six weeks.
- The account reads as a launch calendar, not a catalogue. Five product stories are live at once and each owns two to three executions, one packshot, one model or lifestyle cut, one type-led panel. That is concentration by launch rather than by hero SKU, which is a different bet than most beauty accounts make.
Objective fit
Conversion / Purchase. Every creative in this block uses Shop Now and opens a product page with an add to cart. There is no quiz, no shade finder, no email gate and no collection detour in between, which only works because the ad has already resolved the shade decision for the buyer.

Shade-level routing means shade-level maintenance. Limited-edition SKUs sell out, and when one does the ad keeps serving against a page that now says sold out or redirects to a collection, which turns the cleanest handoff in the account into the worst one. If you copy this, the ad and the inventory feed have to be wired together, or someone has to check the pages every morning. Smaller catalogues also pay a real cost: splitting a launch across three creatives and three pages splits budget and learning across audiences too thin to optimise, and Fenty can absorb that because the launch cadence funds it.
