Leads with a service capability rather than a product, which converts a browse into an enquiry.
“Send in your own fabric.”

The read
BrandMov flags the offer structure. The ad is not selling a sofa in a colourway, it is selling the removal of the constraint that stops people buying furniture online: that none of the available fabrics are the one they want.
Why it works
- It answers the objection the category cannot normally answer. Fabric choice is the most common reason a considered furniture purchase stalls.
- Customisation reframes price. Bespoke is not compared against catalogue furniture, so the anchor moves.
- The ask is an enquiry, not a purchase. A five-figure decision does not close in-feed, and the creative does not pretend otherwise.
Objective fit
Lead gen. High-consideration, high-AOV categories should be measured on qualified enquiries, not on in-session conversion.

Where it breaks
Generates operational load per lead. A customisation promise that the workshop cannot service at volume turns a good ad into a backlog.
