Handoff: Continuous

Everything the ad shows is on the page and nothing covers it. The creative lines up five sticks labelled tropical, mint, spearmint, wintermint and lavender under "FREE YOUR NOSE.", and the destination is the NASAL STICK (4 PACK) page whose flavour selector carries VARIETY 4PK plus those same five names. Price is visible and specific, $17.47 struck from $24.95, with Subscribe & Save and One Time Purchase both exposed. The only overlay is a "FREE U.S. SHIPPING ON ORDERS $39+" strip in the standard top position, which covers nothing. One number does not travel: the ad's caption claims "25,000+ 5-Star Reviews" and the page shows 4782 reviews on this SKU. Those are different scopes rather than a contradiction, so it does not break the handoff, but it is the one figure a reader could stumble on.

The read

A flavour lineup doing the job a mechanism explainer usually has to do. Nasal sticks are an unfamiliar format, so the creative spends its frame showing five of them in a row with the flavour names legible, and lets the subhead carry the mechanism: "A cooling blast of pure essential oils and menthol." The account behind it is unusual in this batch for having no landing pages at all. Of 40 sampled ads, 37 go straight to a Shopify product page and the remaining three point at a Walmart listing for the brand's own mouth tape, which is a retail availability buy rather than an affiliate.

What the ad does

  • The flavour row is the product education. Five sticks labelled tropical, mint, spearmint, wintermint and lavender do more to explain an unfamiliar format than a mechanism diagram would, because the reader learns what they would be choosing between.
  • No landing pages anywhere in the account. 37 of 40 sampled ads go straight to a Shopify PDP, which is the inverse of the advertorial pattern most supplement brands in this batch run, and it is why the handoff survives intact.

Objective fit

Conversion: a named SKU, a review count and a direct PDP with price and subscription both visible in the first view.

The short answer

BoomBoom Naturals ran this conversion creative to the landing page it clicked through to, both captured August 2026. A five flavour lineup for menthol nasal sticks, landing on the matching product page with every flavour and the price intact. Read as a pair, the handoff rates continuous.

  • Where the handoff lands: Everything the ad shows is on the page and nothing covers it.
  • What to fix: Scope a review count to the thing being sold. "25,000+ 5-Star Reviews" in the ad against 4782 on the page reads as a shrinking number to anyone who checks, even though both are true.
