Boody ad teardown: specificity into purchase

A creator sells one DD+ non wired bra and the click lands on a mixed basics collection led by briefs, not by that bra.

“34E cup approved non wired bra you HAVE GOT to try!”

Handoff: Break

The ad promises one thing, a non wired bra cut for a 34E. The click lands on The Signatures Collection, whose first four tiles are Classic Bikini, Classic Bikini, Full Briefs and a Period and Leak Proof brief, and whose size chips read XS-4XL rather than cup sizes. A Full Bust Wireless Bra does exist on the page, but it sits in the second row of a two page grid, under four underwear products. The thing the ad sold is not what leads the page.

The read

A creator video shot in a bedroom, delivered straight to camera, with the on screen line naming her exact cup size. The pitch is fit for a fuller bust rather than fabric or price. She is holding an unopened white garment bag, so the reveal is set up in this frame but not yet delivered, which is what buys the next few seconds.

What the ad does

  • The size is the filter. Naming a 34E cup in the first on screen line sorts a fuller busted viewer out of the feed in one beat, and non wired names the constraint she already carries. Both arrive before the brand does, which is the right order when the objection is more specific than the product.
  • The reveal is still in the bag. She is holding an unopened white garment bag, so the thing being sold has been promised and not yet shown. That is what buys the next few seconds, and it is also why the click has to resolve onto the bra itself rather than onto a shelf of other things.
  • The page answers with underwear. The click opens The Signatures Collection, whose first four tiles are Classic Bikini, Classic Bikini, Full Briefs and a Period and Leak Proof brief, and whose size chips read XS-4XL rather than cup sizes. A Full Bust Wireless Bra does exist, in the second row of a two page grid.

Objective fit

The creative is built to sell one bra, so a purchase objective fits the ad. The destination is a multi category collection page, which behaves like a traffic page rather than a purchase page.

The short answer

Boody ran this conversion creative to the landing page it clicked through to, both captured August 2026. A creator sells one DD+ non wired bra and the click lands on a mixed basics collection led by briefs, not by that bra. Read as a pair, the handoff rates break.

What to fix

Point this creative at the Full Bust Wireless Bra, not at The Signatures Collection. A viewer sold on a 34E non wired bra currently lands on four underwear tiles and a size rail reading XS-4XL, and has to reach the second row of a two page grid to find what she was just shown. If the collection has to stay, pin that product first and put cup sizes in the filter.
